Many struggles with admitting, accepting, or even talking about the challenges they face with mental illness because of this stigma.

There are a lot of amazing organizations and individuals trying to change this culture. Giving people a safe place to open up about their experience.

Today, we are graced with Brescia Dover who is one of these AMAZING individuals. Brescia has experienced more in the first quarter of her life than most. Join us in learning about her journey through anorexia and today managing Bi-Polar disorder.
