The Aspen. One aspen tree is actually only a small part of a larger organism. A stand or group of aspen trees is considered a singular organism with the main life force underground in the extensive root system. Before a single aspen trunk appears above the surface, the root system may lie dormant for many years until the conditions are just right, including sufficient sunlight. In a single stand, each tree is a genetic replicate of the other, hence the name a “clone” of aspens used to describe a stand.

Welcome To More In Common

If you like great stories, tough topics, and amazing people keep reading. We host a podcast that is all about talking to ///extraordinary/// people and getting to know who they are and what’s gotten them to the where they are now. The good, the bad, the ugly ALL of it.

We’re breaking down these conversation and creating tools to help you talk to anyone about anything at almost any time. So that you, dear friend, may become the conversationalist that you’ve always dreamed of being. These tools happen real-time in episodes and we’ve started a repository of content here: Evolve///
